Reclaim Armistice Day. 100th anniversary, November 11, 1918-2018.

The day begins with a special program by Veterans for Peace, Chapter 27, bringing together music, speakers, and a call for peace when VFP-crafted Armistice Bells ring at 11:00 am on the 11th day of the 11th month: the exact moment the bells rang out signaling the end of World War One.
12 Noon - 2pm - Cortile
Peace Fair. Over 20 organizations, including Story Arts of Minnesota, that promote peaceful solutions.
The program includes:
Native American drummers & prayers for peace in four voices with Fr. Harry Bury. Ecumenical call for peace by members of Jewish, Christian, Muslim, and Native American traditions.
Music by Larry Long, Tom LeBlanc (Tatanka Ohitika), and Jacqueline Ultan.
Storyteller Larry Johnson.
Second ringing of the Veterans for Peace Armistice Bells (2pm).
