MPLS: Mental Health Happy Hour

  • Strike Theater 824 18th Avenue Northeast Minneapolis, MN, 55418 United States (map)

It's ok to not be ok. It's even better to do it together.

The Mental Health Happy Hour is a Strike Theater Storytelling Show. We hope to build common ground and growth by using comedy to share our stories. Let's laugh together as we dive into difficult topics.

If you have a story about dealing with Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, PTSD that'd you like to share please message allison@strike.theater by Feb. 12th. Stories should be about 10 minutes long and while they can be serious should play to some of the absurd, funny, and bizarre things we do as humans dealing with mental illness. For our first show there is no specific theme beyond Mental Illness, for further shows we will have themes for the night.

The show will be full of stories and a talk-back at the end.

Tickets $10.00
