The 28th Annual Black Master Storytelling Festival, “Signifyin’ & Testifyin’,” runs for three days. This year’s theme is "Strength of Our Youth, Wisdom of Our Elders.”

The Liar's Contest is a family-friendly event for the BEST Tall Tale from youth and adults. All Lies must be clean, without profanity and in good taste.

We have trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place contestants as determined by the audience and panel of Judges.

The event is FREE and open to the public.

Come on out and bring your best original 5 minute or less Lie!
