Writing about your own life can take so many forms: personal essay, memoir, short stories, online blog, even performance monologues. This all-levels class uses writing time and discussion to cover finding the heart of a personal story, deciding what needs to be told, compressing time, honoring your specific voice, and creating mood and environment.
