P.J. Stories is a monthly, family friendly storytelling concert. The first Thursday of the month, a different storyteller takes the stage at The Underground Music Cafe from 6:30-7:30pm. Our storytellers come from all walks of life, some professional storytellers, some retired tax accountants, all love to share stories to young people. So come on down to the Underground Music Cafe, grab an ice cream cone, pull up a chair and allow your imagination to travel where ever the stories take you.
“Brrr and Ahhhhh…”
Grab a hot chocolate and pull up a chair because, Carol McCormick, a Twin Cities storytelling favorite, is sharing amusing, heartwarming stories and songs to celebrate winter.
A professional storyteller for over 30 years, Carol is a performer, workshop leader, author, and conference keynoter. She is a former teacher and corporate trainer who presents programs for all ages–from preschool to senior audiences–and does school artist residencies, teacher workshops and assembly programs. Carol’s program themes range from multicultural, literacy, ecology, history, holiday, science, Irish, Egyptian, to peacemaking. Her costumed characters include Ms. Val N. Tine, Shamrock O’Toole, Wanda the Witch, Ever Green and the Snow Queen. She will tailor a program to fit your theme. www.carolmccormick.net
